J. Herbin is the oldest ink company in the world. In the 17th century, in his store on Rue des Fosses Saint-Germain in Paris, J. Herbin created a collection of inks called "The Jewel of Inks." J.Herbin inks were created especially for King Louis XVI, and Victor Hugo also used them.

A set of J.Herbin inks inspired by Cauvée - the French wine-making process. The name of the set means wine made from a blend, from different vineyards or varietals. The set includes 5 classic inks:

- Sanrmente in Brun sarment, denoting the wine varietal,

- Feuille de Vigne in Brun sarment color, denoting the vine leaf,

- Marc de Raisin in Brun sarment color, denoting grape pomace,

- Robe Dorée in Brun sarment color, denoting the golden color of the wine,

- and Millésime in Brun sarment , denoting the vintage of the wine.

J. Herbin uses only natural pH-neutral dyes for its inks, which means the inks are fast-drying and lightfast.

Each bottle holds 10 ml of ink.

Made in France.
