The Blackwing Long Point Pencil Sharpener has a two-step sharpening process.

First sharpening the wood and then precision sharpening the graphite core to a long, fine point.

Each step has an automatic brake that prevents over-sharpening, so you don't have o worry that your pencil will break while sharpening. 

The sharpener is made of durable plastic, is handy and has a closure, which let you keep your desk, purse and bag clean. 

Every sharpener comes with two replacement blades mede of stainless steel in Germany.
