The following text constitutes the regulations of the online store operated at These regulations are binding on the Seller and all customers using the services of this online store. The exclusive right to operate the store indicated above has the company Versorium, referred to in these regulations as the Seller.

Customers are reminded that by placing an order in the online store they are deemed to have accepted all provisions outlined in the Terms of Use.

Products, prices and order processing

All products offered in the store are new, free from physical defects, and have been legally introduced into the Polish market. The online store sells products via the Internet.

Fulfillment of an order placed on weekdays after 17:00, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays begins the next business day. Fulfillment of orders with the selected carrier DHL parcels is carried out on the same day until 12:00 pm except on Saturdays and Sundays.

Photos and other forms of visualization and presentation of products presented on the store's pages do not reflect their actual size  they are for information purposes only. All prices are given in PLN and include the Polish VAT rate of 23%. The price listed next to each product is binding at the time of placing an order by the Customer.

The seller reserves the right to change the prices of products on offer, introduce new products to the online store's offer, carry out and cancel promotional actions on the store's website, or make changes to them.


Pre-order is an opportunity to purchase a product before it is launched on the market.

When you buy a product in a pre-order, you agree to reserve it and be sure that it will not run out for you. Order processing in this case is longer, and the possible shipping date is always listed at the very bottom of the product description.

We reserve the right to change the delivery date of your order, in case of a delay beyond our control. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible, allowing you to cancel your order.


We offer secure online payments.  The online payment service provider is Przelewy24.

VAT invoices

We issue VAT invoices for companies and individuals. From January 1, 2020, the possibility of issuing a VAT invoice exists only at the time of purchase (according to Article 106b paragraph 5-7 of the VAT Act).

VAT invoices are sent by email unless it is indicated in the order that a paper invoice is needed.

Delivery forms and costs

We ship orders using the Polish Post, DHL, Inpost or by Paczka w Ruchu. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Details of prices can be found in the delivery tab.

Editing order items

The customer can edit ordered items until the shipment with the subject of the order is sent to the customer (the status of the order is visible in the customer's account in the "Your account" tab). Changes may include cancellation of all or part of the products comprising the order, changes in the delivery address (except for the option of delivery to a Collection Point), or changes to the data on the invoice.

Any changes to the order after payment (in the case of payment by bank transfer) must be agreed upon by email or telephone by mutual agreement between the two parties.

Order cancellation

In the event of cancellation of an order (either in full or in part), if payment has been made in advance, the sales price (the relevant part of the sales price) will be refunded by generally applicable laws.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you own the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

Returns and exchanges

Purchased goods may be returned in unaltered condition, without giving any reason, within 21 days from the date of receipt of shipment. The condition for accepting the goods for return is the absence of any signs of use. Before returning the goods, please inform us by e-mail to: about your wish to return the goods  title the e-mail 'return', and in the body give information about the order number and the name of the returned product.

Purchased goods can be complained about if after receiving the goods you find technical defects or damage caused during delivery. If you notice damage to the outer packaging, please take pictures and/or draw up a complaint protocol in the presence of the deliverer  only such forms of such complaints will be considered! All complaints are accepted in writing and sent to the address of the seller by registered mail or by e-mail to:

All complaints are processed within 14 days. In case of a return, we will transfer to your account an amount equal to the price of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method you used, no later than 14 business days after receiving the returned goods.

If you return an order or part of it, we will reimburse you for the cost of the cheapest ordinary shipping method we offer, even if you chose a different, more expensive shipping method (Article 33 of the Consumer Law). If you complain about a defective product, it is subject to replacement. Any complaints about the manner of service, resulting from ignorance or the fact of non-compliance with these regulations will not be considered.

Lost shipments

If your shipment was lost in transit  don't worry, we won't leave you with it!

We will help you recover your order or money. But keep in mind that the claim process for Parcels in RUCH, Poczta Polska, Parcel Post, and DHL courier carriers can take up to 30 days.
