J. Herbin uses only natural dyes with a neutral pH for the production of his inks.

Description

J. Herbin is the oldest ink company in the world. In the 17th century, in his store on Rue des Fosses Saint-Germain in Paris, J. Herbin created a collection of inks called "The Jewel of Inks".

J. Herbin inks were created especially for King Louis XVI and were also used by Victor Hugo.

On the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the brand, a set of the five most famous colours of J. Herbin Les Perles des Encres inks was created including: Perle Noire, Bleu Myosotis, Rouge Caroubier, Vert Reseda and Violette Pensee in bottles reproducing the first J. Herbin flacons.

J. Herbin uses only natural, pH-neutral pigments for its inks, which means that the inks are fast drying and lightfast.

The bottle holds 10ml of ink.
