J. Herbin is the oldest ink company in the world. In the 17th century, in his store on Rue des Fosses Saint-Germain in Paris, J. Herbin created a collection of inks called "The Jewel of Inks." The unique collection of J. Herbin Les Encres 1670 inks in beautiful flacons was created to commemorate the 340th anniversary of the brand's founding.
To meet the expectations of customers, the brand released the inks in smaller bottles making them ideal for testing the color or taking with you.
The intense fuchsia-colored ink owes its name and color to a plant discovered in South America and named after the traveler and explorer Ferdinand Magellan.
A golden dust shimmers at the bottom of each bottle, simply shake the bottle gently and blend until smooth. The bottle holds 15 ml of ink.
