Kuretake Gansai Tambi 100 Watercolours

A limited edition set of up to 100 paint colours released to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the Kuretake brand! The set is packaged in an elegant four-tier wooden casket, which will not only allow us to store and organise our paints, but also provide easy access to the entire colour palette when painting.

Kuretake Gansai Tambi are traditional Japanese paints, handmade under the guidance of eminent Japanese artists, and are dedicated to professional artists and enthusiasts alike. They contain no toxic substances and the highly concentrated pigment ensures intense colours. In addition, the paints are lightfast, ensuring that the colour will not fade over time. 

They are ideal for a variety of painting techniques, from sketching, illustration, sumi-e and much more!

The palette is extremely practical and convenient to use thanks to the pull-out paint containers, with the colour name signed underneath. 

The set includes up to 70 primary colours and 30 colours of metallic, iridescent paints from the Metallic, Pearl, Opal, Graphite and Gem collections.
