The graphic on the ruler shows green leaves arranged on slanted lines and falling red scales. This design was selected from Bijutsukai, a collection of craft designs that was published during the Meiji era (1868-1912) published by the Kyoto-based Unsodo art publishing house.
The back of the ruler is in beige.
With the Hobonichi Pencil Board, you can write in your favorite planner anywhere, even standing up, and mark where you've finished taking notes. The ruler also has a scale so we can use it as a ruler.
Hobonichi Pencil Board Planner fits not only Hobonichi calendars, but all A6 size notebooks.
