Description

J. Herbin is the oldest ink company in the world. In the 17th century, in his store on Rue des Fosses Saint-Germain in Paris, J. Herbin created a collection of inks called "The Jewel of Inks".J.Herbin inks were created especially for King Louis XVI, and Victor Hugo also used them.

The calligraphy set includes:

- one glass pen,

- Bleu Calanque ink with a capacity of 10ml,

- Vert De Gris ink with a capacity of 10ml.

The glass pen is a writing instrument that gained great popularity in 17th-century Venice. The J.Herbin brand has faithfully recreated this tool to put it on our desks as well. The pen is handmade from tinted glass and is used for writing and decorating. It has a unique spiral shape that allows you to write even one page without re-inking in ink.

When the tip becomes slightly dull, rub it gently against fine sandpaper (e.g., 400 gradation).

The inks included in the kit were created using only natural dyes with neutral pH. The bottle holds 10 ml of ink.

The set is packaged in a paper box.
